Chicken
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
3 lb. chicken thighs
1/4 cup butter melted
In bowl, whisk together egg and milk. In large bag, shake together flour, sesame seeds, baking powder, paprika and salt. Dip chicken pieces, one at a time, into egg mixture. Place on foil-lined baking sheet; drizzle with butter. Bake in 350 F oven for 1 hour or until chicken is crispy on outside and no longer pink inside. Makes 6 servings.
